The Everest Panorama trek is a short yet enjoyable trek in the Everest region, also known as the Everest View Trek. Despite its brevity, this trek guarantees complete enjoyment and refreshment. Along with stunning views of nature and the Himalayas, it provides an opportunity to interact with locals who are eager to share their culture. The Everest View Trek includes many monasteries, mani walls, and prayer wheels along the way. Nepal Nirvana Trails not only provides information but also facilitates a once-in-a-lifetime experience during the 9-day journey through this beautiful and mystical region, nestled in the shadow of the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest.

Tour Itinerary
Arrival in Kathmandu and trip preparation
Upon arriving at Kathmandu International Airport, a representative from Aarohi Treks will warmly welcome us and transfer us to our designated hotel. After settling in, we have the option to rest. This evening marks the beginning of our adventure with Aarohi Treks. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla 30 minutes (2840m.|9316ft.), trek to Phakding (2610m.|8563ft. 3-4 hrs)
Embark on your Everest Base Camp journey with an exciting flight to Lukla or Manthali. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas and lush hills. Spend the night in Phakding (2,610m) for acclimatization. The trail passes through Chauri Kharka, descends to Dudh Koshi river, and leads to Phakding with a glimpse of Mt. Khumbila.
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m.|11286ft. 6-7 hrs)
From Phakding, cross the Dudh Koshi river via a suspension bridge to reach Monjo, passing through a pine forest. Navigate several suspension bridges and ascend through Sagarmatha National Park. Follow the Dudh Koshi river to Jorsale for a lunch break, then trek through dense forests to reach the iconic Namche Bazaar. Get your first glimpse of Mt. Everest today.
Trek to Khumjung (3780m.|12401ft.) 3-4 hrs Via Everest view hotel
We will hike up to Everest View Hotel, providing breathtaking views of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, Everest, and other majestic mountain peaks. Being the world's highest-placed hotel, Everest View Hotel is the optimal choice for trekkers, often taking a rest here during acclimatization walks. Khumjung Monastery houses the old Yeti's scalp and a massive sculpture of Guru Rinpoche. Additionally, we can explore the Khumjung School, established by Hillary, and the Sherpa Culture Museum, built using traditional Sherpa architecture.
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m.|12660ft.,6-7 hrs)
Leave Namche Bazaar's bustle for a serene walk through juniper and rhododendron forests, with views of Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Everest. Navigate ascents and descents to reach Tengboche village, home to the largest monastery in the Khumbu region, the Tengboche Monastery.
Tengboche to Monjo (2835m.|9301ft.) 16km, 6-7 hrs
Today's walking route takes us to Monjo, a small settlement situated at an altitude of 2835 meters above sea level. We continue by descending to the Dudh Koshi River and proceed towards Jorsale. Along the way, there's a chance to encounter Red pandas, Impeyan pheasants, and Blood pheasants. The path is adorned with monasteries, Mani walls, and prayer flags. We will cross several bridges over streams before reaching our destination, Monjo.
Monjo to Lukla (2840m.|9316ft.) 13km, 6 hrs
After breakfast, we will follow the Dudh Koshi River, crossing a suspension bridge and making our way to Ghat before embarking on the hike to Phakding. Moving through lush oak and juniper woodlands, with gentle drops and climbs, we will eventually reach the Pasang Lhamu Memorial gate. Continuing our trek, we will arrive at the picturesque village of Lukla after a few hours of hiking. Today marks the conclusion of our Everest Panorama Trek.
Fly Back to Kathmandu (1400m.|4593ft.) 35 minutes flight
After breakfast in Lukla, we will catch an early-morning flight back to the Kathmandu Valley. Upon your arrival, a car will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to the hotel. Spend the remaining time either by rickshaw ride or exploring the Thamel and Kathmandu Durbar Square area on foot. At 6 pm, we will gather for dinner with the NNT team, where we look forward to receiving your feedback regarding the trek.
Final Departure
You have the option to depart for your next destination, carrying a pocketful of memories from your journey to Nepal. Alternatively, you can choose to participate in additional programs. In either case, we will make transportation arrangements to transfer you to the airport.
